Refund policy

The short version

Every item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't take back items for a change of mind or the wrong size. But if something shows up damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll fix it. No cap.

If something's wrong with your order

Email info@funschoolgear.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• a photo of the problem (and of the label, if it's the wrong item or size)

We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Do I need to send it back?

No. A photo is all we need.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Kids grow fast, and we know that's not your fault, but because each item is made to order, we can't exchange items for a different size.

What we can't refund

• Items with no defect that you've changed your mind about or that don't fit
• Items that were washed, worn or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong
• Gift cards

Refund timing

Once we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
